All of our products are checked prior to being shipped to ensure that you receive goods of the highest quality. You are encouraged to check over products immediately on delivery, to make sure that you are happy with all items. If you have any concerns, the following options may be available:

Exchanges: Vintempo Jewellery and Accessories allow some exchanges:

The conditions are:

• item/s must be returned in perfect condition, unworn;
• proof of purchase must be supplied (e.g. order number);
• customer to pay shipping; and
• the date of the return postage must fall within 7 days from our original shipping date.

In addition:

• We do not accept exchange on earrings or tights for hygiene reasons.
• We do not accept exchange on fabric clutches with fingermarks or other marks.

Authorisation must be obtained prior to returning product. Please send an email with exchange typed into the subject line, your original purchase details and reason for exchange to contactus@vintempojewellery.com.au

Refunds: In the unlikely event of faulty goods, Vintempo Jewellery and Accessories will:

• in the first instance attempt to replace the exact item and cover the return shipping cost; or
• if the exact item is not available, offer you a possible satisfactory substitution (e.g. the same item in a different colour); or
• if this is not a satisfactory solution to you, provide you with a refund for the amount that you originally paid for the item, plus the shipping cost for the item.
  

The conditions are:

• item/s must be a genuine faulty item - not customer damage; and
  
• the date of the return postage must fall within 10 days from our original shipping date; and
• proof of purchase must be supplied (e.g. order number).

Authorisation must be obtained prior to returning product. Please send an email with return typed into the subject line and your original purchase details, plus reason for return to contactus@vintempojewellery.com.au.

• Please ensure that you choose carefully.
• We reserve the right to not accept 'change of mind' returns.
• We also reserve the right to not accept refunds or exchanges sent back to us without authorisation or outside of the stated time-frames.
• If you cannot return the item within the stated time-frame, please contact us to make alternate arrangements. We are reasonable!

Vintempo Jewellery and Accessories believes in excellence in customer service and will endeavour to provide high levels of customer satisfaction at all times. This will include: prompt shipping of goods; careful quality checking prior to sending; protective packaging so that the goods arrive in original condition; after service care and attention (including exchanges/refunds and questions); and open and honest communication of all of this online. We will do our very best to represent each product as accurately as possible, but colour variations can occur due to different monitor settings; we cannot be held responsible if this occurs.

We absolutely respect your personal information and undertake to comply with applicable Australian Personal Data Protection legislation. We won’t pass on your details!

We confirm that any personal details which you provide to us (or which are available on public registers) from which we can identify you, are held in accordance with our Data Protection Registration Notification. Should you place orders or register on our website, we consider the information you input as confidential. The information is kept on a secure server protected from outside parties.
We use the information only for the following purposes:

To administer and process your orders; to improve Vintempo Jewellery and Accessories and its services to you; to notify you of Vintempo Jewellery and Accessories products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

* Exception: Should a user be investigated by the police or any regulatory/government authority regarding suspected illegal activities whilst using Vintempo Jewellery and Accessories website, we must then provide the user’s information and/or information concerning activities to the above as requested.
